"Large two-piece carpet had to be split along the joint line and folded back to access the concrete floor which needed to be accessesd to resolve an underfloor water leak from a corroded central heating pipe. After the pipe repair (done by a heating engineer), the carpet required re-laying and rejoining with a heat seal. Paul Horsnell explained the process clearly, provided an acceptable quote and completed the work according to the agreed schedule. He arrived punctually on both visits, and performed the work in a very professional and courteous manner. The area was left in a clean and tidy condition. I would highly recommend Paul Horsnell for any carpet fitting task, especially any difficult jobs. He would definitely be my first choice if I needed a carpet fitter again in the future."
