"Paolo undertook the structural calculations for an extension for my property back in 2018. A builder completed the majority of the extension while I renovated the rest of the house which required total renovation and landscaping. Unfortunately, due to COVID and working full time, I completed the house 2023, which is when building control returned to sign off the extension. Although, building control had undertaken regular inspections during the build, they subsequently wanted additional clarification of the structure. Although, a great deal of time had passed Paolo kindly undertook additional calculations to satisfy building control and saved me from a lot of undue stress. Highly recommended."

"Trader did the structural drawings for the loft conversion. Tow bedrooms separated by a bathroom, only problem he did not account for the door openings. The builder pointed this out immediately stating that the doors would hit the pitched roof and thus would not open. The trader redid the drawings and charged me for his mistake again. I refused to pay stating that he did the mistake, and it cost me and the builder time and money, but he refused to send new drawings unless I settled the new fee."
Trader reply: "Thank you for your feedback, customer service is very important to us. Unfortunately, the architectonic drawings were updated and the roof size was changed. In fact a new dormer and skylight was added and therefore we had to update the structural drawings and calculation to match these architectonic changes and we charged the client. The client has left this review as I asked for payment for the extra work that I did. Kind regards, PACA Geotechnical Engineering Ltd."

"Great company, Overall 5 star rating. I couldn’t have asked for a better service. We would personally recommend PACA to anyone looking for structural services. We are in the process of building an extension on our family home, our builders gave us the home owner the task of finding a structural engineer to carry out the calculations for a structural steel lintel, wasn’t expecting that! We carried out a search and came across PACA. I spoke to Paolo who was extremely helpful and fully understood how time sensitive everything was. From start of the process to finish Paolo was so easy to deal with very accommodating, polite, punctual and so fast with the paperwork. We could have had a large delay on our works but honestly due to the fact that the calculations were completed so promptly the works never missed a beat. The main contractors have been so impressed with the level of service they said they will definitely be using PACA on future works. Can't thank you enough Paolo Mr Mann"
