"As small scale local landlords, who sometimes cannot be present while work is being done, it is vital to have a high quality plumber who we can trust. Peter is professional, prompt (which can be essential with rental properties) and a perfectionist. His prices are good value and we wish we had found him sooner. "I called Pete following a bad experience with another West London plumbing company who whilst having the superficial appearance of a professional operation ultimately turned out to lack the expertise and personal service that I want from a company. Pete is from what I can see, one of a few boiler engineers who is accredited by Vaillant and it's clear to see why. He clearly has a wealth of experience and knew immediately where the problem lay and what was needed to fix it- which incidentally proved to be an accurate assessment and contrary to what the other company had proposed. His manner is very straight forward but he brings an honesty, professionalism and ultimately care for his clients to his work which I greatly appreciated. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him."

"Peter clearly takes pride in his work. Everything was very neat and tidy and he cleaned up at the end of each day. He delivered what he quoted for, even if it was a bit more difficult than expected. He was hardworking and professional throughout. It is reassuring to know that someone has done a proper job in your home. We will be using him again."
