"Where to begin with Osman? Finding an honest, talented tradesperson of any description can be much harder than it should be, therefore, discovering somebody as fantastically decent & clever as Osman feels akin to winning the lottery. Despite our boiler being covered for servicing & repair by our energy provider, when it began to gurgle, make strange noises & eventually malfunction, we decided to call Osman, who had helped us with it a couple of years previously. Osman is, simply, the most trustworthy, honest plumber & all round great bloke. This week, he serviced our boiler, fixed a leak and identified a nasty blocked pipe - the root of all our evils - and his work (and patience with our moaning) has been outstanding. Osman takes great pride in his work: everything is done swiftly & to a high standard, and he will never suggest work, unnecessary call outs or parts you don't need. He's just brilliant and we wouldn't use anyone else."

"Osman was able to come out on a Saturday afternoon. He arrived within an hour, and carried out an investigation on a suspected gas leak (picked up earlier by Cadent) and checked to see how the boiler was working. He was really straightforward to deal with, really clear and upfront about the work he was doing. He was polite and friendly. Would recommend him."

"Really good work on not one but 2 occasions. Work was carried out quickly and efficiently and at a very reasonable price. I would only consider using Omar as our emergency plumber - not only in our own flat but also in a block of flats that we also manage. I would highly recommend this plumber to anyone in need of such services anywhere in West London."
