    "Victoria was my first point of call; she was very polite, courteous, very professional and helpful. She informed Allen to contact me to see if the fault with our Fridge Freezer could be diagnosed over the phone. Allen rang and diagnosed the problem over the phone, it being that the compressor had failed. Allen then arranged to come out the next day just to confirm his suspicions; he was correct. Allen informed me that it was not something that he wouldn't be able to replace and give a guarantee, but he did recommend someone who could. The professional service and communication of this company are second to none, and I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future for all my domestic appliance repair needs."

    "Allen attended to inspect a fault with my four year old fridge freezer. He was delightfully pleasant and knowledgeable with regards to the issue. His manner was one of pure professionalism and his manner gave my wife a huge reassurance in his abilities. Equally the communication from Victoria and the team right from the onset was exemplary. Would recommend One Stop Appliance repairs without hesitation."
