    "Superb effort by Val & his team completing the transformation of multiple areas of the surgery. Work was completed on schedule and his team were flexible with the changes that occur with a project of this size (5 separate areas).     Ray Wood - Image 1 "OTLBS have been great, from initial groundworks to second fix they have been directly involved in all aspects of our project and provided invaluable assistance at every stage. Everyone from our structural engineer to our Building Control inspectors has commented on the high quality of the work, particularly the brickwork, and I cannot recommend the services of Val and his team highly enough!"

    Ray - Image 1 "From the 1st meeting with the builder he made the whole family feel at easy. The quotation was nicely broken down and he explained the process how the extension is going to be build. He was also very polite and respectful. Regarding the building you can see the attention to detail. Once he agreed to the plan of works to erect the extension, he stuck to it, very punctual and clear up after each day of work, but also very flexible if he can save us a few pounds. Considering the number of quotes we had he was definitely good value for money. I have no doubt he is best builder in our area. I would highly recommend him and his son."
