"We needed help from a commercial Locksmith for one of customers, with integrating an old Yale Electronic Lock with a New Door Entry Panel. I spoke with Richard on the Wednesday and he was prepared to come and survey the site the next morning. Unfortunately the documentation for the Door Entry Panel was limited and initially the systems would not work together. Richard then spent around two hours trouble shooting the issue with our remote engineer, which ultimately resulted in the two systems working together. It is clear to me that it was only due Richards skill and experience that we were ultimately able to resolve the problem, and both us and our customer are extremely grateful for the efforts made. I would highly recommend Richard again."
