Stanley - Image 1 "We contacted Richard because the locking mechanism on our safe was operating intermittently. Based on initial information, he originally said that a repair may be uneconomical and that a new safe would be required. However, after a thorough examination, clean and lubrication, it is now working perfectly. We were impressed by the way he methodically approached this job. As a result, our locking mechanism is now working well and we were spared the expense of buying and fitting a new safe. As a comparison, the previous locksmith we used was much less thorough and merely sprayed lubricant in the mechanism without taking it apart and cleaning it properly. Needless to say Richard will be the first choice for any future work of this type."

"Great service from Richard on an out of hours call out for a broken front door lock. We were back in the house within minutes of his arrival. Shortly after we had a new lock and the job was completed and all tidied up within the hour. Great that he had all the parts needed on board his van for a quick resolution. I found Omnisec in the Beeston updated FB group and they arrived at my house less than 15 minutes after I called. Couldn't have asked for more. We'll be using Omnisec for more work in the future."

"Richard attended to a stiff lock on a kitchen door that had started to jam. I contacted him via email and his communication was outstanding. I sent him a photo of the work and he provided me with a clear and helpful explanation of the possible problems and details of the likely cost. When he attended, he identified the problem rapidly and lubrictaed the lock and realigned the door. He is really excellent. He knows what he is doing and he works quickly and efficiently to get the job done. He works very tidily and clears up afterwards. This is the second time I have hired him. He is outstanding and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone else. Excellent all round! Peter W"
