"Trader who oversees booking jobs and giving to fellow workers is very unprofessional and NEVER replies to genuine questions. I asked an eta got no reply. We were told a time weeks before but 11am came then someone turned up whom is a very kind man who did a fantastic job and he is very nice. We paid on time and asking questions, but they got ignored. Don’t get me wrong the actual job on our roof was brilliantly done by the workers fantastic it was done over a weekend and very happy. It’s just the trader who communicates with customers very weirdly, he told me am worst customer ever. I don’t think so, we had genuine questions and was concerned no one turning up when it went past the time agreed. Even my wife sent messages, but they got ignored. A simple txt saying on way bit stuck in traffic or something would be ok"

"We are very happy with the work that your team have done over the last couple of days (despite the scaffolders letting you down!). Your staff kept me up to date with what was happening and made sure to explain everything clearly, were polite and left everything clean and tidy. I think you may have a couple of requests for further work from some of our neighbours who were also impressed with their hard work! Thank you again for making sure this was all completed within the timeframe specified by Natural England and being sensitive to the needs of the bats roosting in our loft!"
