"This is one of the best building firms I've ever dealt with. Jane in the office is always pleasant, effective and quick to respond. Will on the ground (or the roof) believes absolutely in quality. Every decision was explained to me. Every problem that was caused by the scaffolders was rectified. Everything that needed doing on the roof - including the moving of solar panels, sealing of Velux windows, pointing of bricks, replacing a gutter section and adding a cap to a chimney - was done. Scaffolding was left in position a few extra days as a favour so I could paint the gable end. I now have a roof that will outlast me by far, and won't drop occasional bits of concrete because it's a dry ridge construction. Happy customer."

"Punctual in attending the initial visit and took photos to make a more accurate assessment of the work needed. Will was very knowledgeable and regularly updated us throughout the job. The builders were courteous and always cleared up afterwards. We have already recommended Will to others."
