With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Emanuel Franco has secured a reputation for outstanding refurbishments and renovations by word-of-mouth. With proven results through his successes as a building contractor, Emanuel is known to his clients as the perfect contractor because he always has their best interests at heart.
The company supplies a schedule of payments and works to enable monitoring of the project finances and assist in potential savings. Emanuel marries his educational background as a civil engineer to his 25+ years of varied experience in the building industry.
Although Emanuel possesses a BSc and an MSc in civil engineering and a PHD in agronomy, he quickly integrated into the construction industry.
He has overseen many high-end projects including: loft conversions, extensions, basements, full house refurbishments (including reconfiguration of rooms), dwelling conversions into flats, gardening and landscaping and all aspects incidental to the completion of such endeavours bringing in large revenues.

"We have worked with Ogival twice and both times we have been really happy with the results. This time we did quite extensive work in almost every room of our house, as well the garden. In particular, we would say the attention to detail and the quality of finish were excellent. Every job was done properly and fully, no shortcuts were taken. Their expertise and guidance was also really helpful - as usually happens in a renovation, we had to make snap decisions and tackle unforeseen issues throughout, and we found that really stressful and daunting. Having that knowledge and advice really helped us. I’d also mention that we remained living in the house during the renovation, and the whole team were so considerate of that and really mindful of our needs, they made what is naturally a stressful situation much easier. The final results are brilliant and we really couldn’t be happier. The whole house exceeds our expectations - as we knew it would."

"Needed house redecorated and new kitchen fitted,was given a very good estimate and was very impressed by there professional approach,work was finished 2 days early and my place was left spotless,my next job is a new bathroom and will definitely use this company,from start to finish it's been a pleasure to use this company"
