At N H Plumbing & Heating Services we understand the importance of a prompt and genuine service. From the outset we will communicate timescales and costs as accurately as possible working honestly and openly with our customers throughout any project.

Unlike many other companies we operate a one-hour appointment system which means that we guarantee to arrive at your property within the hour specified. The result of this is that our customers do not find themselves having to wait around for three or four hours for a plumber to arrive. If we do not arrive within that hour and you have not received a call from our office to explain why then we will reduce the cost of our first hour of labour by 10%! We also offer to call ahead to let you know we're on our way!

We want customers to feel comfortable with us working in their homes and so all our tradesmen are chosen based on their interpersonal skills as well as their ability to complete the task in hand effectively.

    "Nick was extremely helpful and took the time to explain his plan of action in solving my problems ( leaking pipes, radiator and faulty shower). He took great pride in his work and put my mind at rest. He left my property clean and tidy after checking that I was happy with his work. His name is now in my address book for the next time I need a plumber."

    "Good communication and incredibly quick response, but there is no getting around the fact that it was tremendously expensive at £500 in labour alone for part of a day's work. Yes, the costs were explained at stages but by the time your bath is out it's quite difficult to argue. Site cleaned up well but they also left us with all the waste to deal with ourselves."

    "Nh plumbing & heating services nice guy, hopefully has sorted out my leak problem in the shower. Can't say for sure yet as can't use the shower got to let the silicon dry. Nick was very tidy and left no mess."
