At NH Plumbing & Heating Services we understand the importance of a prompt and genuine service. From the outset we will communicate timescales and costs as accurately as possible working honestly and openly with our customers throughout any project.

Unlike many other companies we operate a one-hour appointment system which means that we guarantee to arrive at your property within the hour specified. The result of this is that our customers do not find themselves having to wait around for three or four hours for a plumber to arrive. If we do not arrive within that hour and you have not received a call from our office to explain why then we will reduce the cost of our first hour of labour by 10%! We also offer to call ahead to let you know we're on our way!

We want customers to feel comfortable with us working in their homes and so all our tradesmen are chosen based on their interpersonal skills as well as their ability to complete the task in hand effectively.

    "Called NH plumbing after having a problem with the sani-flow unit in our en-suite. Nick explained the price of replacing the unit up front and arranged a date to install the new one. He came out same day I called (Saturday) to drain the sewage out of the old system at no extra cost. Excellent to deal with from start to finish, and did a great job on the installation."

    Samantha - Image 1 "Nick and George are simply amazing ! They were so brilliant completing this kitchen sink/ tap replacement project. They were so patient and helpful with explaining things to me and what was happening as well as being creative and proactive coming up with solutions to problems! I am thrilled to bits with the end result as well as the care and attention they put into ensuring the whole system was performing efficiently in the end! Cannot tell you how much peace of mind they have given me going into winter! 10/10 will be having them back for my next projects without a doubt :)"
