Lenny was punctual, arriving exactly when he said he would, which is something I greatly appreciate. His work was exceptionally tidy, with no mess left behind—he clearly takes pride in maintaining a clean work environment. The installation process was smooth and efficient, and Lenny even secured a 5-year warranty for the new boiler, which gives me great peace of mind. "Next Level fitted our new boiler, all done in one day. We opted for a boiler with a 10 year warranty for the extra peace of mind. We can turn the heating on and off from our phones now which is great, helping us keep the bill down."

"Great aftersales, slight issue after fitting of the new boiler. Manufacturers had to visit to rectify a small issue in the boiler, no fault of Next Level ,but dealt with very promptly. very impressive service. Boiler working perfectly now."
