"Truly cannot recommend Newspace garage conversion enough!!! We had our garage converted into a ensuite bedroom and it looks absolutely perfect exactly what we wanted!! Darren started work straight away very friendly very good work attitude respectful property. Darren makes good recommendations gives advice on ideas (just take his word as he knows what his doing!!) people who he brings in to help again respectful and friendly, good skills. Darren will make changes when you want them everything down to the last detail. We definitely will recommend Newspace garage conversion as we just can’t find a single fault! From start to finish he works hard and does a fantastic job! Thank you Darren!"

"If you are genuinely interested in a garage conversion, look no further than Lewis, absolutely fantastic workmanship, a wealth of knowledge in all areas & nothing was too much trouble, completed my entire conversion in approx 3.5 weeks to an extremely high standard, cannot fault the work & turned out better than I could have envisaged. I will upload pics when I have decorated my "mancave" to show the work completed. Again, if you need a quality conversion completed, look no further than this guys."

"We recently had our detached single garage converted into an office/guest bedroom, small utility and toilet by New Space. Darren was friendly and professional from our first meeting, listening to ideas and giving advice. He suggested replicating accents to tie the new windows in with our house. The work was carried out in exactly 4 weeks as originally advised. All activities were completed as stated in the original schedule and with electric and building regulations included. Darren was patient, explaining everything as he went and was accommodating to minor changes as building progressed. I appreciated his use of skilled colleagues for certain elements such as electrics, bricking up and plastering, which improved the quality of the build. I felt the work was done to a great standard and the price was fair in comparison to other quotes we'd received. The conversion has given our family a whole new area to use and will make a massive difference to our lives going forwards."

"Look no further, Darren is the man for the job! We can't recommend Darren highly enough for his outstanding work in converting our garage into a utility and office. The end result far exceeded our expectations. From start to finish his communication was excellent, keeping us informed throughout. His workmanship was exceptional, showcasing attention to detail and commitment to quality. He addressed any concerns with patience and expertise. His speed and efficiency was impressive and he completed the job within the advised timeframe given. Highly recommend Darren for his outstanding work in transforming our space!"
