"Tom and his team are a breath of fresh air! They turn up on time, do a full day's work and leave at the END of the day - rare these days! They use good quality materials and their workmanship matches. The job was carefully assessed so that unnecessary work was not carried out. Everything is explained well. Tom is a true gentleman. He cares for his workers. He is an honest person who does not overprice. Richie and Connor also treated me with respect. They communicated well, there was no swearing and no 'builder's bum'! I felt very comfortable having them all here and would highly recommend them to everyone. Good people, good quality, good price. What more could you ask for!"

"Found my experience dealing with New Roofs (Ayrshire Ltd), a pleasant experience from start to finish. Tom, was my contact throughout the work we had carried out on our tenants house. They also found, dealing with Tom, to be easy and not interfering with their day to day routines. When speaking to Tom about the work we were looking to have carried out on the roof, at no point was I made to feel “stupid” in the questions I was asking. Tom called out to have a look at the issues I mentioned, and offered a full and detail explanation as to what he recommended was needed to be done, and why the issue arose, which helped confirm as to why the necessary work needed to be done was required. New Roofs set about the work in no time at all, and had completed the necessary repairs within two days. There were no unexpected “extra” charges on top of priceI was quoted. I would have no hesitation in recommending New Roofs ( Ayrshire Ltd)."

"Tom and his team did a brilliant job with our roof, given the challenge it presented. It had been 'temporarily' repaired a few years ago, and storm after storm, along with a few wildlife infestations, had really taken their toll on it. Coupled with some shoddy workmanship by the original house builder, Tom and his team dealt with all of it without fuss. At every step, he kept us informed and were always careful when removing debris and tidying up at the end of each day. It was such a relief to find a truly trustworthy tradesman to carry out the roof replacement. I cannot recommend New Roofs Ayrshire highly enough to anyone who is considering having their roof replaced or repaired. Tom is genuinely - and rightly - proud of his work and has a deserved, excellent reputation for it. Our new roof also has a 20 year guarantee. If you choose his company, you will not be disappointed."
