Anne Byrne - Image 1 "Neil was brilliant and I am so pleased with the work he’s done at such short notice. A leak in a party wall sloped roof (neighbours) leading to an adjacent flat roof (mine). Neil took out all the damaged filler from the cracks caused by previous poor workmanship (not Neil’s), filled with mortar, added silicone layer for extra protection AND dealt with the badly positioned gutters and downpipe so the waterfall from neighbours property was diverted away from my flat roof. No more internal damp. Problems solved. Thank you so much. Highly recommend."

"Saved me from the incredible downpour. He'd seen weather forecasts and came early to make sure my roof was safe before the storm. Can't thank him enough. Photos of work, ways to check, he covered everything. Highly recommended."
