Ian - Image 1 "Employed to re-lay an existing stone patio. The stones were lifted and laid correctly on a sand/cement base - in the main, relatively successfully. There remains however a long list of issues, including broken stones, not using the agreed materials for joints, trip hazards in the height of some stones and a bit of a poor attempt to edge the stones with mortar laid onto grass. They left behind a complete mess on the existing driveway and access path and managed to damage our garden hose in the process. After sales service has been poor - nobody has been back to look at issues raised despite agreeing to several dates to do this."
Trader reply: "Thank you for your feedback as it's very important to us. We value your comments as customer service is our priority. First of all we wanted to finish the work for the customer but he declined as he set us a deadline to finish work. Was hard for us to both find dates The customer also partly paid us. He owed us £750 for the job the repairs witch would only take around 45 minutes and would cost at the most £80-£100 pounds I have workers who was working for me who let the customer down once and I did arrange a date but had to cancel with enough notice as I had family commitments that couldn’t be avoided"

Barry and sue - Image 1 "There was a delay in starting, but that was not an issue. Had to borrow equipment as did not have what was required. The completed path is ok, but there was an issue with part of the resin being a different colour and the blocks are not cemented in. Have contacted numerous times, did initially get responses, but none recently."
