    "We were really anxious about having the repointing done to our property. We need not have been concerned at all. From the moment we first met Nathan he was really reassuring and bent over backwards to put us at ease and when we questioned anything or asked for something to be done in a different way he obliged and sorted everything for us. The lads carrying out the work were courteous and worked non-stop. They were amazing! They have done a brilliant job of repointing both inside and outside the house. Nathan is probably thinking oh no, not them again, but we've been so impressed with what he and the lads have done, we've asked them to do some more work for us! Would definitely, without doubt, recommend NB Improvements."
