"Had a leak behind chimney stack, the trader said for £1200 they would fix the leak. Work was started on 11th October. After a couple of hours the 2 trades people stopped work, saying they were waiting for delivery of replacement tile. Then he returned, tiles put back, a bit of tapping on the lead flashing and 'all mended sir'. Paid the invoice. Except the leak wasn't mended. Next time it rained the stain on the bedroom ceiling got bigger. Then bigger still. The leak behind the chimney stack not mended. So, £1200 for 2.5 hrs work, and the leak wasn't mended. After much persistence the trader returns. No apologies. No willingness to honour the 15 year guarantee. No intention of going back on the roof to look again. I would not recommend this trader."

"Needed a couple of tiles replaced. Shawn gave me an instant quote in receipt of an image. Booked me in next day and fixed the job super fast. Would 100% recommend if you need any roofing jobs done."
