"Munro's recommendation came from Plumbase EK, I wanted a recommendation of someone who really knew his trade, thanks Plumbase. I had an air source heat pump fitted three years ago, and from the get-go, there were problems. After repeated callouts, the company got the system working albeit it was costly to run circa £500 per month based on a yearly average. We then added to the system by building another phase to the original building and although the pump was designed for both phases, the pump failed to heat phase 2 without having the entire system on and now the bills went up to £1000 per month, just incredible. I called the company who installed it and they have repeatedly made excuses as to why they couldn't manage out. I called a second company to come out and they moved around some wiring and that never made any difference, called them back to ask for more help and they made excuses why they couldn't come out. Does anyone know how to install air-source heat pumps? Munro's do!"
