"Michael responded to our first phone call within minutes and came round the same day to find out what work needed doing. Yesterday, he replaced our boiler and carried out other work related to this, including fixing a leak he discovered which he did without extra charge. He kept us informed and went above and beyond to finish the job in one day for us. Very friendly, honest and professional. It is so good to find a tradesman that you can trust. Very happy with our new boiler. Will definitely use him again and would definitely recommend."
