    "Mark is a true hero in my eyes as I have been let down by a carpet company twice within a few weeks and only thanks to him all was great in the end. He is resourceful, tidy, fast and absolutely no nonsense guy. I would recommend him to anyone needing a new flooring ordered, fitted etc. Thank you Mark, you are LEGEND!!!"

    "Mark came out and have us a quote that was a very price we agreed the carpet and all the extras underlay gripper rods and door bars made a call to his carpet suppliers to check there stock which they had in stock booked a date 1 week from quote amazing service.I had to work but we dismantled the bed emptied the wardrobes and Mark moved them for us at no extra charge where tappi carpets wanted £40 per room and there quote was £1000.00 more than msl carpets they are so helpful and the finish looks fantastic cleaner up every room could not fault them so if you need a quality job at a very reasonable price to go Mark at Msl you will not be disappointed would highly recommend to friends and family Mark thank you Paul and Tracey Basingstoke"
