Richard Kirkwood - Image 1 "Mick carried out work for us over the course of 4 days in our old (approx 1900) ground floor maisonette. He identified areas that needed work and told us what was required in a no nonsense, straightforward way. The work was done to a high standard, he was efficient and tidy. Very impressive. "I had damp on the house I rent out - I didn’t have a clue where to start with finding someone about the problem. As a woman I did wonder about the tradesman I would find and if they would be honest with me. I googled some company’s and came across Mick - he was SO helpful right from the start and and gave me loads of advice. He came to the property for £120 and we went all round the house with a special camera - he told me it was condensation and what I needed to do … A few weeks later he come back to the house and fitted a vent - this was done very well with no mess. Also I had to call Mick a few times as I had forgot to ask his some questions and evey time he was so helpful and didn’t mind me asking questions. I would recommend Mick to anyone. He is a good tradesman and knows Exaclty what he is talking about… Thank you Mick for an excellent service….😊"
