Moorside Construction Ltd is a friendly, well established professional company, with over 45 years building experience. We are based in Mansfield (Nottinghamshire), and cover Nottinghamshire and surrounding counties. We pride ourselves on excellent quality workmanship at a competitive price, contracts completed on time and budget with excellent customer service.
We have vast experience in renovation and extension, offering a one stop shop for architectural drawings, planning permission and building control taking the hassle away from the customer. We undertake contracts from small maintenance works to recently completing a £800,000 nursing home extension.

"I cannot recommend this team more highly. Trusting the integrity and contents of your house and life to someone is a big deal. As is the amount of money home improvements cost nowadays. The team were professional, highly skilled, compassionate, kind, clean, tidy, and everything they said they would do, was done....usually three days ahead of schedule. I have no issues recommending this company. They listen, are respectful, take pride in their work, and understand they are working in someone's home first and foremost. That's quite rare. The quality of the build has surpassed my expectations and strangers have stopped me to comment on what a great job it is. The extension doubled the size of the ground floor and re-modelled the existing floor plan. It is the first team I've ever given a key to a team before. I trusted them with my home which is my most valuable asset. They didn't let me down. They handled the entire project and it was money I would spend again with them in a heart beat."

"The team at Moorside construction worked extremely well with us as clients from the outset . First contact was good supported with a comprehensive quote. Good communication throughout. The team were clean and tidy and maintained a high work rate. Good quality of work and access to high quality sub contractors to complete underfloor heating installation. Any snags were resolved very quickly as well as completing extras or changes to the specification. Competent, trustworthy builders are hard to find these days and we would not hesitate in recommending Shane , Andy and the team. Our project was completed to a high standard and within budget, with no outstanding issues. Highly satisfied and happy to recommend for any sized project big or small."

"I can't praise Moorside Construction highly enough. We got excellent advice even before the project tender process began. The pricing is transparent, fair and reasonable. The team are all highly skilled and took pains to solve the few problems that cropped up as a modern extension was fused with an older house. There was never any drama, just a quiet determination to get the job done well. They took pains to minimise the inconvenience that goes with having a new kitchen as well as a large extension. They worked well with our contractor who had already been retained to design and fit our kitchen, our architect and the building inspectors. Their own subcontractors were of equally excellent quality and provided goods and services to the same high standard. We did have a nine month wait between agreeing the quote and work starting but that was made clear immediately prior to any visit to see the project and we are so glad we waited. We are delighted with the result and would use again"
