"Sam actually came around to my house twice in one day as I got my days mixed up but he was kind enough to turn up again .Sam potentially found the problem and gave me a quote for the job but I decided to give it a go myself and he never asked for any call out charge or for the advice he gave me .If I cannot fix the issue I will definitely be contacting Sam for his services."
