"Kevin (Monument Plumbing) did a brilliant job on fixing my shower and leaking taps. He was super helpful and responsive, transparent and reasonable on costs, and very clear about different options for shower models, taps etc., where to buy these and best pricing. He is definitely the best local plumber I have worked with in recent years and I will recommend him if asked by any local friends."

"We had a 10 year old Hansgrohe shower that had stopped working due to a broken control panel. We managed to source a different control panel from Amazon and asked Kevin to come and fit the panel as it looked super complicated to install. Kevin clearly explained the risks before we went ahead but we decided to give it a try with the hope that the shower would work once again. It was a really difficult job but Kevin cracked it and the shower is now working better than it did when we bought it. Hopefully it will now last another 5 years at least! We are over the moon with Kevin's work."

"Kevin (Monument Plumbing) is fantastic. We've worked with a few different plumbers over the years for different reasons, and Kevin is now my first call every time. He's punctual, his work is high-quality, and he's friendly. He treats me like a "partner" in the work to be done; talking me through my options in detail (and in plain English!) and helping me balance different factors (including cost). Twice now he has pointed me to other traders or services which he feels would better suit my needs for a given task, even when it meant less work for him."
