"The work is always done well and when they say they are going to do it. Rob was faultless in getting the problem resolved even when it became clear there were other issues. "Rob is excellent, Our boiler packed up and was leaking. I called and left a message 0900 ish. He was away in Hastings. He arrived 1630 that day. Good man. Very reliable."
