Modern Designs Driveways & Paving is a local Birmingham based company, providing resin, block paving, tarmac driveways as well as new patios and landscaping. We serve clients across the West Midlands including Solihull, Redditch, Bromsgrove Longbridge, Kings Norton, Northfield and other towns in Birmingham.

"initially got three quotes for a new resin bound driveway and Myles was by far the best with support as to any help we needed As a result, we decided to go with modern designs to do a lovely resin bound driveway and new fencing along with new back gate We agreed a price I was happy with and the team turned up nice and early every day as promised, they got straight on with the job. They were all hard-working and polite and all of the work was completed within 6 days. Our driveway looks immaculate. Our neighbours and friends have already commented on it and the appearance of the front of our property has been completely transformed. I highly recommend Modern designs and we will definitely use them again in the future for our patio."

"Myles and his work crew have just provided us with an amazing new porcelian patio area. We have already had comments from family members on how good the job looks and how Myles and his teams attention to details really shows. If Myles was off collecting materials jake would always check in that me and my husband were happy at each stage which was amazing. Myles was always happy to discuss any requirements we had and got his team to provide exactly what we wanted. 100% recommend"
