"We've had a complete nightmare with our flat roof on our extension, when we bought the property previous leaks had been hidden, the first "roofer" who tried to fix our roof turned out to be a carpet fitter pretending to be a roofer who made the situation much worse. Francis and his team undertook the complete replacement of our roof, that turned out to be much more work than first thought, complete roof needed tearing off down to the rafters, loose rafters fixing into place, sections of parapet walls cut down to create an open side for drainage, all this work having to take place around 3 giant sky lights that had to be taken into account. Work was expected to take at least 1.5 weeks, but was completed in little over a week thanks to the team working very long hours, even despite having one day of work rained off. Since the work was completed we've had a number of rainstorms (its raining as I write this) and my extension is finally dry for the first time! Thanks All!"

"Contacted via the Trustatrader site and received a call back in 30 mins. Work completed on a Back Holiday (next day). I am no expert but all looks good, completed on time as promised. Yes, overall, impressed."
