"Mike was very helpful from the initial phone call and all the way through. My dad's boiler needed pressure topping up and he was able to fit us in the same day, and I feel he charged very reasonably for a same day call out. Everything was explained thoroughly, and Mike and his colleague were very polite and helpful. Due to my dad's needs when ever he has work done my sister or I need attend as well, but if it weren't for this I would have no concerns about not attending as Mike and his colleague gave me no reason to worry that they would take advantage of a vulnerable adult which in these times is a relevant concern for many people, I trusted them completely and would be more than happy to use their services again if we need them. I highly recommend this company"

"Mike arrived when he said he would, did the work (curing a leak and replacing a tap) in 45 minutes flat, and left the site clean and tidy. Not just efficient but friendly and polite as well. I can recommend him and will use him again should the occasion arise."
