Karen - Image 1 "Would not recommend this trader. We initially signed the contract on 16/11/24 and since then we have had so many issues with the trader. The windows have been installed bent, the bathroom window is not toughen glass, he drilled into my render with the screws half on show, the faults are endless. The traders communication also has been atrocious, he would say he’s coming and then not turn up and when he did come he would stay for 2 hours and then go. I decided to report him to a third party and have his work inspected. On the day of the inspection the trader was also present, and he was told the work did not comply with regulations. we specifically told the inspector that the trader would not be carrying out any further work. The next day the trader arrived and told the other workers he was back to rectify the issues. The trader then took out my kitchen window and has made it worse. It was only until after my other tradesman informed me of the trader attending."
Trader reply: "Thank you for your feedback as it's very important to us. We value your comments as customer service is our priority. When the contract was originally signed the standard black on White was requested, this was then changed to Black on Black which is a special colour it takes 4 to 5 weeks to be delivered we could only find half the material to make his windows, and everything got closed for Christmas.
