    "Michael was friendly and helpful and a pleasure to work with. I am a landlord and was having problems with the heating in a rental property. Michael attended the property, identified the problem and gave me various options / prices to rectify it. I opted for a replacement boiler which he was able to supply and fit promptly. He kept me updated throughout the job and built up a good relationship with the tennant who was very happy with the work. He completed a gas safety check on completion and posted a copy to me. A very professional service at a good price. Highly recommended."
