    "Booking the repair to a dishwasher was easy online and a next day appointment was available. As the appliance was some 13 years old we decided to replace rather than repair. Normally, this would involve arranging a delivery of the machine and then booking a plumber to install but with Kalan it was just one visit as he sourced the appliance for us and installed within 2 days. Five stars all round !"

    "The Engineer Kalan from Mend was efficient, carried out the work requiring the replacement of a heating element in our fan oven quickly and was courteous throughout."

    "Kalan was very helpful and diligent in trying to find the fault in my father’s old fridge freezer. He helped identify and replacement and fitted it quickly and efficiently. I found him very trustworthy and a nice person to deal with. His charges are very reasonable and he gave. Refund of part of the fee when the old model could not be repaired. Would highly recommend."
