MDB Services was established in 1996 by David.
During this time the business has grown from changing the odd washer for people and fixing leaks to providing a property maintenance service. Services offered include helpful advice with planning your new kitchen/bathroom, great ideas on how to make the most out of the space you have without breaking the bank.
For the inside of your home, we are equipped to undertake Kitchens, Bathrooms, Tiling, Flooring and then for your outside space, how about some new fencing, decking, patio areas, or replacing your wooden fascias and leaky guttering for nice new maintenance free UPVC fascia's and guttering to give your home the facelift it deserves.
David is always available to discuss your requirements and for him no job is too small to consider.

"When I first called he tried to help me out with free advice over the phone, as he was at another job, so he didn’t have all the correct tools to do my kind of drain unblock, as they were back at his house a bit too far away. Even so, he still came on his way home from the other job and tried his best to help with what he had in his van. He tried with the plunger to no avail, but with limited tools, he found a clever way of unblocking the drain from the other end with an old garden hose I had outside. Very satisfying to see all the layers of gunk come rushing out. Clean drains now! He really tried his best to help us and at a very reasonable price. Would def recommend this company, as they actually care about helping the customer! I haven’t had the same experience with many other companies! Thanks mate!"

"Excellent service. Dave responded to our initial enquiry straightaway and came within 48 hours. He resolved the problems with our troublesome loos within the morning. We had a new loo seat and he even put that on for us."

"Can not rate highly enough. Despite being over 40 miles away on another job, David found time to come to me the same day as he knew I was in a fix. Sorted issue quickly and efficiently at a very reasonable cost. If only all tradesmen were as professional. Thank you so much."
