MD Pointing Contractors Ltd specialises in all aspects of Pointing and Restoration and provide high-quality work to our customers in Essex. We have been in the business since 1983 and have a wealth of knowledge with over 35 years’ experience.
No job is too big or small for us and we get the job done to the highest standards. We work on both domestic and commercial premises and provide top quality brickwork services. Our aim is to provide a professional service satisfying our customers individual requirements whilst making improvements to the appearance and longevity of any construction work we undertake.
MD Pointing Contractors Ltd are affiliated with the professional body CSCS who encourage best practice among bricklaying contractors.
We undertake a full range of bricklaying and masonry jobs of all sizes, including:

"I'd like to share my experiences of using Martin to repoint the north-facing flank wall of my victorian house which was in a very poor state and probably not repointed since 1895. Martin visited the site and sent me a reasonable quote. I checked out his other excellent reviews online and signed him up. During the work he was unfailingly polite, reliable and trustworthy. And he was very helpful in managing my nervous neighbour as the work was taking place above his asbesto-roofed garage. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Martin. He is a Master repointer. Huge thanks again for his excellent work."

BRIAN GARCIA - Image 1 "Spoke to Martin on phone about a small re pointing job. He asked for some pictures and gave me a reasonable quote once received. Confirmed a date and time and arrived promptly on time. He explained what he would do and any problems that may arise in the future after looking closely at the brickwork. Put his own small scaffolding up and chiseled out old pointing, mixing up the new pointing to match as closely to the existing mortar. Cleaned up afterwards and left his card to contact him if any problems in the future. The picture shows the new pointing from top left to bottom right, Still visible as it is still drying but looks like it will match very well when fully dry. Very pleased with the work and his professionalism. Highly recommended."

"Martin completed the work to the lower section of my wall to a high standard. He discussed all aspects of the work prior to commencing to ensure we were agreed on the plan. He was very reliable, punctual and cleared up the area completely afterwards. I would highly recommend."
