"Our resident-run management company instructed Alan, Alex and their team to undertake external painting works to a Victorian conversion in Streatham Hill based on a competitive quote and positive first impressions. They take such pride in their work: thorough preparation of surfaces that were quite weathered, adding an extra coat of paint if needed, to achieve a superb looking finished product. The team went the extra mile to ensure the work ran smoothly, for example co-ordinating a tricky scaffolding job with their preferred contractor (and, due to weather delays, arranging for the scaffolding to remain at no extra cost to us) and arranging for roofing works to be undertaken to the portico. We are very happy with the work, and even happier to have found a trusted, local firm that we can rely on in future. Many thanks to Alan, Alex, Rob and Jim."

Irene - Image 1 "I originally contacted another painter but he was going on holiday and recommended McDougall Decorating Services Ltd. I called and met them and felt they provided a reasonable quote to repaint the external walls and railings. They worked hard and got the work done in reasonable time even with the unpredictable weather. They were friendly and patient as I need to request the tenants to remove their bikes from the railings and the flower pots from the sill. They kept me up to date with the progress of the work and was even flexible to add to the workload at the last minute. The work was done to a high standard and the building is now the best in the street. Would recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future."
