    "Jake and his team were polite, helpful and respectful of my property as well as my neighbours. He kept me informed and advised in advance of a delay due to weather and aside from that, the repairs to one of my chimneys and removal of my second chimney were completed in a timely manner. The workmanship looked a high standard."

    "Jake and his team were great communicators letting us know at every stage what was going to happen and when. They also sent out reminders of what time they would arrive. They were perfect time keepers. They were very courteous and went out of their way to be helpful and considerate. The work was very professional and carried out to the highest of standards. They worked in partnership with an excellent scaffolding team who were very health and safety conscious. They had to have boards over our conservatory and were very careful not to leave any mess or risk anything dropping onto the glass roof."
