"Billy was just brilliant; polite, helpful and very cheerful. I needed this work done quickly and he very kindly managed to fit me in between Christmas and New Year. He needed no supervision; just got on with the job and did it extremely well. I would have no hesitation to ask him back (should I need to) and recommend him to all of you, very highly."
