"Mark Pickett came round soon after we contacted him. He then returned that evening to drop in a written quotation. Once we accepted it he went into action. Things happened when he said they would and he charged us a reasonable sum for some additional work required. In all, his team took down two chimneys which were no longer in use, repointed a third, repaired or replaced the ridge tiles and three hips, and thoroughly checked the rest of the roof and repaired it where necessary. Mark also arranged for our television aerial to be relocated at no extra cost. The team that worked on our roof were pleasant and tidied up after themselves. Would definitely recommend."
