"Have used Mark for several garden jobs such as hedge trimming and tree pruning. Mark and his team have always arrived when they said they would and carried out a high quality job, leaving the garden clean and tidy following the job. Will continue to use Mark!"

C - Image 1 "We booked M Mcguigan Landscapes to fit our Velux window (taking the old one out and replacing it) We confirmed the window was correct via a link and WhatsApp and he said he had all the extra parts needed to fit it. We are absolutely devastated at the mess he has left. The window was put in squint (one side 5mm out therefore would not close). He left mud over the glass, windowpane, bedroom wall and radiator. He also soiled out stair carpet with his muddy boots. Tiles were also attached back to our roof using tape which looks horrendous. On having him come back to the house to reassess his job, he was denying any issues with the placement of our window. He told us it’s the worst job he’s had in 15 years and was very frustrated. Due to our experience, we would not recommend."
Trader reply: "Thank you for your feedback, it is very important to us. We value your comments as customer service is our priority. Before the work began, it was explained and agreed that the roof window would be positioned at an angle that might appear unusual. The customer gave their approval for the installation to proceed on that basis. The window has now been fitted: it is watertight and operates as intended, though it does require a little extra effort when closing. In light of their concerns, I made the decision not to request payment for the work carried out."
