"Oven stopped working Saturday breakfast time one phone call and a wattsap message with model and serial members. Oven working well before Sunday tea time. It was really impressive that they had the parts in stock. Other people have to order parts even if they work manufacturer and are told fault in advance. Top of my list for any other work."

"My double oven stopped working on a Saturday afternoon, I phoned the company and incredibly was told that an engineer could visit the following morning! He arrived exactly on time, explained precisely what he was going to do then proceeded to test the whole appliance, showing me and explaining the results. The faults were diagnosed, costs were discussed and agreed and he proceeded to carry out the repairs. The quality of work and communication throughout (from the first phone call to the end) was exceptional. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable, I would not hesitate to recommend and use this company again - first class!"
