"I found the trader to be very knowledgeable and friendly at our initial meeting and was impressed by his ability to capture and show me clear aerial photos of my roof using a drone. On the day the work was carried out speedily by the team of two guys who were great. For the next few days, however, I found myself picking up numerous discarded roofing nails from my drive. Sadly, the good impression created at the outset was badly let down by the company's woeful after-sales service. Not only did I have to arrange for the removal of the scaffolding myself but I still have not received the written guarantee for the work which I had been promised several times. As to whether I got good value for the job I really can't say. Whereas the quote was based on the job probably taking two days, it was completed in half a day!"

The reroofing of our store and garage was carried out in less than a week from start to finish, and the work completed to a high standard. Luke kept us informed at every stage of the work, and it is obvious that customer satisfaction is of high importance to him."

Andrew - Image 1 "Luke and his team replaced flat roofing above 3 dormer windows at second floor level and also repointed the ridge line and made repairs to the chimney on a large Victorian building. The works were carried out on time and to budget and in a professional manner liaising with residents as required. Polite, responsive and professional. I am happy to recommend and will use again."
