"The first thing that struck us about L&W was the amazing customer service and administrative. We were informed all the way through the work about arrival times/ job details/ pricing and who would be doing the work. Unbelievably efficient and reliable. Steve was very knowledgeable and efficient . He was really pleasant and easy to talk to. He worked really hard all morning and left everything spotless. We feel like we have found a really trustworthy and professional organisation for any future work we might need."

"Had a few plumbing jobs that needed doing. L&W quickly came out and assessed the work that needed doing. They gave me a reasonable price and I accepted. The job was booked and I only had to wait a week for them to do the job. All work was done quickly and to a very high standard. I will definitely be using them again in the future."

"Jordan was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. We had to have our expansion vessel replaced and a long overdue boiler service. He was more than happy to explain how the system worked, what had gone wrong, and how to remedy the issue, and of course the work was carried out exactly as explained. I would absolutely recommend L & W and will be using them for all future work."
