"I recently had an emergency repair at my home and reached out to six different builders—only Patrick got back to me. Not only was he responsive and professional, but he also understood the urgency of the situation and got started within a day. Impressively, he completed the work within the week, just before Christmas, which was a huge relief. He stuck to the agreed schedule, kept me informed throughout, and delivered quality work as promised. I highly recommend LB Construction to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient builder."

P - Image 1 "LB Construction recently completed external wall insulation and rendering for us, using 50mm of Celotex insulation with a silicone render. They came up with solutions to accommodate the existing windows and the variability of the existing walls, which were a mixture of 1920s single-skin blockwork and new construction. We are pleased with the work. It has already reduced our need for heating. With all the work being outside of the house, there was minimal disruption, no loss of internal space and the render finish has significantly enhanced the appearance of the walls."

"Pros: - Initially was friendly - Initial work was quick until the delays from week 3 Cons: - My own tools were used on the job - Skip was over filled with other rubbish like a bath, basin, shower, and toilet after my work was completed - Skip was delayed for removal by over 7 weeks. Collectors left twice without taking as it was over filled - Argued about arriving but never rang the door bell - 7 months delay on sub contractor for doors - Caused massive dirt in garage not cleaning properly - Not returning to finish work or upholding guarantee - Ghosting"
