    Steve - Image 1 "Lukas and co. extended our kitchen and knocked through our dining room to make a large open plan kitchen diner area. They also helped us find a fantastic designer and structural engineer, and also helped us through the planning process. In addition to the structural work, they also supplied and fitted a new boiler, underfloor heating system and a full set of windows. To finish off the job, they fitted our Howdens kitchen in the space. We have now used Lukpol for 3 pieces of work and have been extremely happy with the results and their approach. We have recommended them to our family and they have also had works completed by Lukpol. Our neighbours also commented how tidy, quiet and respectful the team were when on site."

    Steve Barker - Image 1 "Lukas and his team converted our double garage into an office and workshop / storage facility. The work included a complete overhaul of the internal structure and finishing to a very high standard. The whole building was insulated and is now a very comfortable place to work. Garage doors were replaced with a brick facia and rosewood windows to match the house. A great deal of effort was put in by the team to match the existing bricks and blend in the new facia with the existing structure. The result is absolute amazing. The blending of old and new new bricks is seamless. A great deal of effort was put in to find the matching bricks. A full rewrite of the building was also performed to improve safety and also allow me to have fantastic lighting inside the office. The whole experience was good. The team was very clean, polite and considerate of our neighbours. I would certainly recommend the team to my family and friends."

    "Lukas and his team were recommended as very quick and efficient builders. They have shown on our project that things can move quickly and be finished at a high standard. During the quoting process, they were flexible and accommodating so we came to an agreement quickly and the work started a week later exactly when it was agreed. The construction included the removal of a significant part of the roof while we were still living in the house. Although it was quite disruptive it was managed quite well and we could continue with our daily routine. The construction required additional work and scope that was not originally agreed on either by our additional requests or for things that were uncovered during the demolition. Additional requirements were communicated clearly to us and the change fees were fair and reasonable. We are planning some additional work in a few years and we will be in touch with Lukas again as we were very happy with the outcome."

    "We had a problem with rainwater coming into the house via crack in the wall. We also had a problem with our fence falling down. I reached out to Lukpol via Trust a Trader and they responded immediately offering to come down and provide a quote. They identified the issue and came up with a good solution. More importantly, they provided a competitive quote and were able to complete the work the next day. They took photographs of all the issues and shared them with me to explain what needed to be done and why. They were professional, tidy and I could not recommend them more highly. This was a relatively small job for them and I have already recommended them to family and friends for bigger jobs."
