"I have found the customer service and communication to be great with Lee and his team. When they came to do the works he tried several things to resolve our pressure issue with our boiler to try to not have us having to buy parts. Additionally they helped with a sink drainage issue and managed to fix an issue that had been happening for a while and made good and resealed wonderfully. The whole time I was kept informed, shown what the issues where and it was explained to me really well, including any cost implications. Highly recommend and will be using again!"

"Called Lee over Christmas when another plumber let us down. The shower pump was leaking from the loft through to my son's bedroom. Lee assessed the problem and gave us an immediate quote. The parts were ordered and the problem was sorted within the week. Work was explained fully and completed quickly - highly recommend!"

"We experienced an emergency flood today and after a quick search online I called LT Plumbing and Heating. I couldn’t be more impressed. Lee and his colleague Reneekay were on their lunch break between jobs but still managed to arrive within 15 minutes ready to help. They immediately sprang into action and their responsiveness and professionalism were outstanding. Not only were they incredibly efficient but they were also kind, approachable and reassuring during what was a very stressful situation. In the urgency of the moment I didn’t ask about pricing as I was just desperate to get the flooding under control. They could have easily taken advantage of the situation but instead their pricing was extremely fair and reasonable. I can’t recommend LT Plumbing and Heating enough. They’ve earned my trust and will be my go-to plumbers moving forward. A huge thank you to Lee and Reneekay for their exceptional service!"
