    "Hi, this man came and done my dad's carpets, sodas and chairs, done a brilliant job, would recommend and will use again ourselves"

    Vinod Patel - Image 1 "The only positive was that the actual clean of the carpet and the initial customer service via phone to book the job. However, everything in between has been awful. To begin with trader text that he would 10 minutes late, which turned out to be 60 minutes. He then was very rude and dismissive to my mum. Upon leaving he also mentioned not to call him for his services again as he felt offended that my mum asked him to clean an armchair, which he agreed to do if he had time. After he leaving my mum found a mess Mike left on the driveway. I decided to call Mike as my mum was not happy and to understand his side. Instead, I received several dismissive text messages. We definitely could not recommend this trader."

    Trader reply: "The job in question was booked for 830 am. I arrived 30 minutes late after getting stuck in gridlocked morning traffic due to a road closure where there was an accident and police presence. It took me 30 minutes to travel 2 miles. Anybody out there Who knows the Leicester Road system will feel my pain on this one. I Contacted the customer via text message to inform him I was running late along with my apology. The job went very well, the customer was very polite and accommodating , on completion of the work the customer insisted that I clean an armchair free of charge in compensation for being late. I politely informed the customer that I didn’t have time to clean the armchair as it was another hours work and also hadn't been included in the quotation / payment I received . The customer was aggrieved and rude at this. I refute his claims that I was rude, and that I had sent him dismissive texts. This review is made by a family member who was not in attendance at the time , I offered him a partial refund via bank transfer as a gesture of goodwill and an apology for the fluff on the driveway my gesture was declined . I have been in this business for 27 years it isn’t In my nature to be rude and dismissive towards customers. , I have hundreds of happy customers. Kind regards Longueville Carpet Cleaning”"
