We London’s leading waterproofing experts. Full members of the Property Care Association (PCA) all surveyors qualified CSSW. (Certified Surveyors in Structural Waterproofing)
We deal with the waterproofing design for your project, and technicians to implement the design.
We are highly specialised in the treatment of below ground dampness and water proofing issues and employ a highly skilled and experienced workforce who all hold the Cskills Level 2 Diploma in Structural Waterproofing between them have over 70 years’ experience. Each project is personally supervised to ensure that all works are carried out to the highest possible standard and ensure that our client’s highest expectations are realised.
Our specialist area is below ground waterproofing. This can vary from small repairs to existing tanking systems, to full cellar or basement conversions.
As a fully qualified company we are able to issue long term warranties on all works. These guarantees can be underwritten by independent insurer to ensure peace of mind for the future.
We strongly believe in value for money and ensure that all clients receive a full breakdown of all costs within our individually tailored survey report. We do not charge for our surveys and quotations as it is important to us that the client is fully satisfied with our recommendations and quotation before money changes hands.
You can be assured of a first class service from initial survey to completed contract. We have dealt with projects ranging from small domestic repairs to high value industrial projects and are equally happy to deal with both.

We do not currently deal with above ground issues such as Rising dampness, or Condensation.

"Thank you for the works tanking my basement. The guys were great! It was a big job and they turned up in good time each day and really put a lot of welly in to the works. The basement is completely transformed. I am full of admiration as it must be really hard work."

"From the first meeting with Peter to assess the work required to the last job of the electrics the work required was carried out extremely efficiently and to a very high standard. All throughout the operation any questions were fully answered and explained in a helpful manner. Requests to take on additional work were met with an enthusiastic and understanding response."
