"A guy came and took two hours to confirm that the thermostat was not working on my underfloor heating. I then tried to book a follow up appointment, having fitted a new thermostat myself. I made a total of four calls over a period of ten days, the person on the phone on every occasion promising to make an appointment, but he never called back and never fixed an appointment. Would not recommend this trader."
Trader reply: "Thank you for your feedback as it's very important to us. We value your comments as customer service is our priority. We were called to this property for an UFH issue, where we identified a fault with the customers thermostat. The customer didn’t want a quote, as he wanted to complete the work himself The customers installation did not work. He called back to the office expecting to book a free of charge re-attendance visit which we were unwilling to do as we did not complete the installation.
