"Massive - genuinely HUGE - thanks to Pete for a brilliant service in quite a complicated situation. I was not in town and desperately needed a lock change but, thanks to brilliant communication from Pete and a willingness to adapt to an unusual situation, we made it work. Fantastic new lock and Pete went above and beyond to make sure the a 'jarring' issue I'd had with the door was resolved too. I can't recommend him enough. Thank you."

"I highly recommend Peter and I cannot thank him enough for changing the locks on my property after losing my only set of keys!
